Business Continuity and Security
We can provide uninterrupted power supplies to keep your system working through power cuts, redundant arrays to prevent downtime due to hardware failure. We will advise on backup systems to prevent data loss and install firewalls and virus protection software to secure your information and prevent theft, damage or other malicious acts. We will continue to update this software and install patches to keep your server and workstations protected. If you wish, we can remotely access your system regularly to check on its health and security.
Ongoing Support
We pride ourselves in going the extra mile to keep our customers operating. Support can be paid for on an ad hoc or package basis; the latter ensuring priority response. The top tier of maintenance offers 24/7 support 364 days a year. We specialise in remote access, enabling us to solve most IT problems without a visit.
